I bought many of their stuff for my new kitchen... Have some fantastic & useful products for the kitchen. But alas!!!. very un-proffesional attitude...never can keep commitments...the people are aggressive in selling, make false commitments to sell the products but thereafter very poor response to requests... have bought BLUM & HETTICH products as well for the kitchen...very happy with their service and approach. One feels that buying BLUM products is worth every penny spent...
