Shikha VermaThe only question i have which is very concerning, where the govt is pushing everything digitally and this showroom people failed to accept this.... why are they charging extra 2% charges if payment is done by Credit/Debit card.... is this mandatory???? ... they are forcefully asking from the customer and the same is also written in their order copy.. Why they are charging 2% extra charges if the same is already notified by RBI that no merchant should ask customer about the extra charges... If anyone wants to buy Royal enfield bike from this showroom via cash or wants to pay via Credit/debit card... trust me guys, do not go there..

Dashmeet SinghOne of the best showrooms to purchase Royal enfield in Delhi. Their staff is very well organised and helpful. They have their own workshop in rithala which is also very good in bullet service and any other bike related things.

yogesh kumarI have visited a couple of other showroom as i wanted to be 100 % assure before i finalized my Bullet 350 classic.... comparing all other this was the excellent experience from booking to delivery and workshop experience experience was even better... specially AC in the workshop was working which i have hardly observed in any other place... I have handed over the bike keys in 20 minutes at the showroom.. the staff was very decent from sales person to house keeping guys are just very nice.. even to my surprise the washroom was so properly maintained very clean and hygienic (I have never seen this to any other place).... Workshop was even better... my bike was serviced in 1 hr 35 minutes... and the top on that i have interacted with main technician on how to maintain it ( since it is my first bike.. and i am very passionate about it)... overall it was just an AMAZING experience to have a bike from North Delhi Motorcycle... Thank you guys for making purchase successful... I am very happy to have it... also i get to know about your riding club... I am sure on your next ride i will come on my classic... Best wishes..
