It has good quality stuff, but has become rather pricey. The salesmen try very hard to steer you to the more pricey frames, suggesting other options only after you have already paid for an expensive frame. Some frames, especially designer frames, are available at steep discounts. Get an estimate before you buy or even place an order. The quality is good (my old frame and lenses, bought some 3.5 years back, lasted years). The store is very clean, and well organized. Service and notification of readiness is prompt. However, you should probably compare the costs of the frames and lenses at Dhawan with those offered elsewhere. I think I paid at least 2K too much...
