Deepak DubeyI shifted my luggage from Noida to Mumbai recently and was dealing with this guy called Vikrant. Instead of 3-4days as promised by them, my luggage reached in 6 days that too in damaged condition. They charged me for unpacking but did not unpack when it reached to the location, my family ended up unpacking it. Sofa, AC & Bed were damaged badly. And over phone Vikrant has been arrogant and threatened me to come to my office for collecting the pending dues. Highly disappointed, when I enquired about higher management to esclate the matter, the customer service guy said promoters do not have an email ID.

Sahil GoyalBunch of cheats - we booked one truck and we were promised 7 days delivery - the stuff came to us in 3 lots over a period of 4 weeks. In between they abused us, blocked our calls, kept lying about whereabouts of our luggage and have still not settled the meager insurance claims they promised to pay on mail. Not sure how and why it got divided in 3 lots. In between - they shared all sort of excuses - driver fell ill, demonetization, truck got seized, truck got broken - etc etc. one after the other. In the whole incident they kept telling use 2 days more - however not even once - did they share driver number or truck number. Also they also never shared even once - when and why they had divided the our stuff into 3 smaller shipments when we had booked a single truck. Infact when the first shipment came the Interam person was as clueless as we were that only 1/3rd shipment was delivered. One day - they said truck is about to reach in 15 mins - and after that they blocked us and stop taking our calls. When called from some other phone - the guy said he was drunk and hence could not take the call. In the end we have to put pressure on them by approaching our contacts in ministry and administrative services. We also had to lodge a police complaint. Finally they told us that they had outsourced it to some other agency and they had no clue where our stuff is. To be honest we had lost all hope that our shipment will arrive. Finally when the rest of shipments was sent: 1) half the stuff was broken 2) some other mover packer delivered it - not interam - not the one they told us on the phone - but it was some other shipment agency. For broken stuff worth ~ 50k - they said they can also pay us 5000 - we were now extremely frustrated and said fine - give us whatever you want to. 5 months have passed we havent received 5000 rs as compensation - we had paid 3000 rs upfront for insurance. Not sure why we paid this. Bunch of cheats. I would give minus if possible
