Well equipped gym with amenities like sauna.. Very friendly and knowledgeable trainers. My personal experience is with Mr. Vijay who is very precise, flexible, easy going and customizes workouts based on the members desire. An all weather gym to hit. Kudos to Team Fluid Naraina.

One of the finest gymnasiums in vicinity for a fun work-out. Despite the slightly crammed interior spatial arrangement, coordination works well. The trainer (Vijay) happens to be friendly and dedicated at the same time.

Vijay & Jai :- I fully believe in the value of trainers. Not only for the great work out I receive but the positive mental benefits I receive as well. He also calls me out when I should be taking better care of myself, for instance sleeping more. All of these things improve my mental health as well as my physical.
