Nupur DhingraSoul to Sole is a happy healthy place, full of gentle encouragement and positive energy. The staff is supportive, not pushy, helping you to pace yourself to reach your fitness goals rather than make demands on you. Their taste in music is amazing and fun. Their approach to health is well rounded. They genuinely care about their clients/students/co-dancers. I would not go anywhere else for Zumba. I wish they would take salsa lessons too.

Sujay KotianThe best way I can describe Soul to Sole is that of a “Light-hearted Military Fitness Bootcamp combined with a laughter club and socializing center all in one.” Not only does this place cater to top notch fitness training for any body type, ability or time schedule, but also makes this entire activity seem easy, fun and surprisingly effortless considering the high intensity nature of their fitness regime. Of course, the best part of this academy is its team of instructors, all of whom are friendly, energetic and are always willing share a joke as much as they are willing to impart their incredibly innovative adaptations of otherwise orthodox training methods. I was lucky to get a free demo of both their Zumba Session as well as their personal training routine within the span of my one-week official visit to Delhi recently. I really must mention that many Indian cities sure would love to have a center with as much fun and hands-on atmosphere like the one at Soul to Sole. Kudos to the entire team and keep the good work going.

Tanvi RekhiI had never exercised in my life but when I joined Soul to Sole, my opinion about workouts changed completely. The workouts here are full of high energy and the trainers are very friendly and attentive. I personally like going for Zumba, Pilates and Figure 4!
