I had practiced at the Saket centre in 2011. The main problem was safety. I saw people dislocating shoulder in front of me - one live and the other was bandaged from a previous class injury. I myself suffered a knee ligament injury in the first class because both old and new students were put to the same exercise regimen that was too rigorous for newcomers. They have lot of safety gears, teach by the book and I appreciate that but because of the manner of teaching, injuries were still common. Pads cant protect against joint and ligament injuries! The punching bags were of poor quality and led to bleeding after kicking a few times. Since then I have shifted elsewhere and the bags here are harder, but it does not bleed because the cover is of good quality.
