Amitabha BoseMy association with the Sivananda Centre, Dwarka is 3 years old and besides the yoga which before joining I thought was a physical activity, the spiritual enrichment which I got has been a total life changer. Today, I find myself a much better person in terms of body, mind and spirit. The environs of the Centre is so nice that you get enveloped by a feeling of peace and serenity the moment you walk into it. I consider myself fortunate to be associated with the Centre.

Excellent Yoga training... Our Yoga Teacher/Guru was Vijay Mehta ...Absolute cool calm and Spiritual oriented. Knows Yoga well and explains how various Yogic postures effect body/Mind/Soul. Blessed to have him as a Guru.
