My experience on Rithala Metro Station is not really good. This statation remains dirty. The frisking machine on this station remains not working most of the time specially on peek hours. There are always beggers romes around here and there in the station permises. Customer care male executives most of the time remains busy on the phone and works very slow. Overal management is not very good. The announcement of arriving and departuring of metro always mismatch with the actual transit (Wrong announcements).
