sunny ahujaKashmiri gate ISBT one of the biggest and busiest ISBT in Delhi, although it took much time to rebuild the whole building and infrastructure but its worth , earlier it was in rain like a river sorry to say but that was fact , urinal was so bad in condition , After rebuild whole building the infrastructure is so nicely done .AC Hall for waiting Traveler , flooring with marble and tiles which shine always due to cleaning , shops are more clean and shine all time with decoration of there products , urinal also are clean and very well managed , LED display bus stop counter number with state and bus details. there are many help desk counter for state wise bus service which is very helpful for travelers . Over all you experience will be good so far

khem RajInfrastructure of new ISBT is amazing, new ticket counter is nice but still passenger taking their ticket on near ticket booth not from new ticket both. Entry from backside ( Metro Station ) is awesome , At first glance you will feel that you entered in Airport... Bus Platforms are still same not Much improvement. Be aware of private bus touts , their buses will be torture

Alok ChandraVery spacious ..air condition available inside premises..both luxury and ordinary buses available till late night. Ticket counters and state wise buses are placed in very organised manner.Probably the best ISBT in the country.

Tanuj TjOne of the best bus station with quality infrastructure, centralised Ac and much more sitting capacity then any other bus stations. Centre for all inter state bus terminals and have quite good food stalls.

Shubham JhaHuge ISBT, connects to all neighbouring states. Well maintained. Kasmere gate metro is in the complex and old Delhi railway station is 15-20 min walk away.

Anurag ThakurNice place. The best thing I found here is the working style, management. One of the best govt. running Inter state bus station in India. The bad side is smell of urine and garbage. Make breathing worst.

Harish ChandraOne of the Most cleaned & Furnished ISBT in India, Wheelchare accesseible Entrance, Here are AC waiting lounges at ISBT which can be availed if in case you reach early, Volvo buses are available for many cities of Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pardesh etc, but main problem is ACs not work sometime in the premises which causes disturbance to Travellers.

Ashish NegiBuses are easily available from here for inter city. Looked better after renovation. All kinds of state transport buses are available ordinary, semi delux, delux and Volvo.
