Not only did I receive friendly, helpful customer service, but the technician, Steve , was punctual and extremely accommodating. He immediately identified the problem and I had my refrigerator up and running later that day. I was very pleased with my entire experience and will make sure to return to Appliance Medic any time I need an appliance services or repaired.

I highly recommend this team appliance Medic for any appliance Repair issues. My dishwasher had been working poorly and leaving my dishes stained. I heard about Appliance Medic from a friend and decided to give them a try. 45 minutes after I first called, a technician (I think his name was Ohad) was at my house and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. The parts came in 3 days, and Ohad came back and fixed my dishwasher. He also recommended some steps I can take in order to avoid similar issues in the future which I appreciated. Best part about all of this, it was less ixpensive than I expected after doing some research online. Give these guys a call: your appliances and your wallet will appreciate it! Thank you again

Writing a quick review of this fantastic repair company because they did a magnificent job fixing my freezer which completely stopped freezing. With a party approaching I needed to freeze my ice cream and other various products in preparation. I quickly opened yelp up and looked for "appliance repair in san francisco" after searching for about 30 seconds I came across Appliance Medic Repair and decided I would give them a call. On the phone a dispatcher named Sarah answered the phone and set me up with a quick appointment. I had technician Rolin come out, diagnose the unit, and give us an estimate. After a fair and reasonable estimate we decided to repair it, and could not be happier with their service. Thanks Appliance Medic
