ashishbanayaHorrendous service. They reached out to me for renewing my car insurance. I zeroed in on a New India Assurance policy. Inspection happened and they asked me to pay for insurance as it was approved. After I make the payment, I get to know that the policy is rejected. Unhappy with this, I ask them to refund. Its been a never ending saga of Follow ups. As of this moment, I still have not got my refund. Worst Customer Service ever.
