Hired a 12 seater Tempo Traveller . Promised a clean nice looking bus. Also got a photo of the bus from the owner himself while booking but on the travel day provided a third party owner bus in a miserable condition. Uncleaned seat cover,no curtains, noise all around. The only good about the bus was the driver who was well behaved but does not have road sense. As a result spend travelling 18 hours which normally takes only 10 hours. When tried to contact the owner simply connected me to the third party from whom he hired the bus in the first place. Please stay away from this travel group. Not at all trustworthy.
