The team of Faizabad branch is very good. I went there to buy a two-wheeler insurance last year. This year when I approached them for claim, they handled the matter smoothly. They also advised me to buy a personal accident insurance for my co-passenger. I usually use my bike to drop my wife at her office. So, I happily bought personal accident cover for her also. I think I have made the right choice.
