Sumit LalHighly unsatisfied from this shop. 1) The service person came and did the service of aquarium and after 2 days, the walls of aquarium are even more dirty than before. Its that much dirty that it seems like blurred. 2) I called the shop atleast 10 times and every time the person/lady says the engineer will come but no one came even after many followup calls. 3) I recommend not to use their service in Indirapuram as they are highly unprofessionals and the price are even high.

Ankit SaxenaProbably the worst pet shop in Delhi/Ncr. Low quality pets. Service not present . Such shops should be shut down rather than thugging the customers. If you dont want to waste your money avoid this shop.

Vibhor Karnwalnegative star...worst shop I brought a pug from them. His forehead was bald was very week and was vomiting .They falsely convinced that it was in cage for hours the reason it was vomiting, and his hair is mother coat hair will grow in few days and they said they took full guarante of the genuinity of breed. When i showed it to the vet he said the dog is too and is neither a genuine breed and "ye kya kura khareed lae"...its a mix breed of chiwawa and pug, and his hair will never come. When I called to complain they replied the owner is sleeping...next time the owner replied i am busy in distributing sweets for diwali... No one even talked like one should with a customer. They have no business ethics...no business moral...very irresponsible behaviour Dont waste your money...buying from here...
