I often visit Spencer for buying small grocery items but today when I visited I had a bad experience. A new rule has been formed that you have to leave your empty bags outside and collect it at time of payment of grocery items. So the person who is at the billing counter will not put the items in the bag rather we have to go out and get the bags to put the items into the bag. Such a nonsense rule only to trouble the customers !
