Very unprofessional staff, specially the guy who handle your insurance. Even government employees are much better than them. Very unhelpful. Too much attitude and arrogance. Made very much delay in your insurance adjustment, and if you ask then tolerate their attitude. Try it, then surely you will saying the same.

I am a regular customer of TATA authorized service stations previously was with Dhingra - GGN**** then Urmil - GZB**** and having a long (i.e. 7 yrs) satisfying experience. BUT since we have no other option here in GZB. Visited SAB MOTORS, SITE IV, Sahibabad, 2-3 times and having the worst experience (mostly). Though they are having all the work force & latest facilities, but the personals eg. Insurance deptt. are the fake persons not realizing their responsibility. Recently in helplessness, I have to go there and avail for insurance claim finally settled. BUT Sr. official and in-charge (SAB Motors – ONLY Insurance & claim section) were the most irresponsible person & showing over smartness. Request to deal more vigilantly.
