Extremely unprofessional now! Last week, I took appointment for two hair cuts. We reached the parlour 5 minutes before time. They made us wait for 20 minutes and then refused to give any service saying that all staff is busy and will be unavailable for another hour. No courtesy to apologise. No professionalism to call back and fix another appointment!!! The owner was present there but had no interest in interacting with the clients.

My friend suggested aakura salon to me ....really impressed to see and experience their professionalism ,also apart from giving the service for what i had gone for ....they also gave me really useful tips that really worked wonders for my hair , finally we got some nice salon in greater noida ....
