A nice decent theater generally under rated but it is not ,I agree the food court or cafeteria is not so fascinating (not up to the nark includes tastes and quality)but looking at an angle of experience you will like it and yeah a little adjustment with comfort of your seating has to be expected but a total worth shot of money to invest .

Theater is good and clean. Staff was humble. Though there is air conditioning but sometime theater runs fans as well to avoid heat inside. Every Thursdays one can watch any of the display movies at a price of Rs.70/- and can choose any class subject to availability.
