We had booked 3 rooms and hall for our corporate training. ... early morning on the day of check in ... left over food from almost 20 rooms were lying and left Un attended besides the cooridor behind the reception ... There were also pest control rat and cockroach traps (at least 2) lying around ... The room that was shown had a secret door in the bathroom leading outside the property ... unsuitable for families and business. ... the front office manager was throughly unprofessional ... terrible and Pathetic !! The photos are not real ... probably photo shopped ...

Arjun SinghWell considering that you are in Kanpur and hotels are comparatively costly, this place is a decent one at its tariff. They do not have RO purifier so make sure you buy packaged water for drinking purpose.
