Service is pathetic. The staff will sweet talk to you but you will get your service delayed. They will never give you receipt of your money payments. For all other services they just waste your time.

I had my mobile phone stolen. The sim was from noida. I contacted vodafone customer care and they assured me that this will be my one stop destination for all my problems. When i reached at the store they took my case(there was not much waiting which was appreciated). However they were not able to give me the sim and refered me to another location. This was the second time that i had this trouble. Earlier i was told that a simple mini store would have been enough. It is not easy for me to traverse long distance only to be on a wild goose chase. as it turns out i again contacted customer service and they assured me that every store can help me and provide a sim.the customer care representative said they would look into the matter. Also when i got in the store instead of getting a vodafone representaive (they blue shirts for uniforms) i was again deferred to one of the boys there( they wore red shirts with vodafone advertisement on it). I was not even given the basic courtesy of having my problem heard by a vodafone executive. And again deferred. All in all the customer care no. Helped me i have registered a complaint against this store. I would advice people to not go to this store with their vodafone problems
