First of all overall experience was satisfactory Location was easily accesible and gps system efficient and most importantly in the heart of the city Parking is an issue you will face so if you having your own vehicle sort it out beforehand Service was nice and all querries answered properly as staff was friendly Roomquality was good and no such problematic issue One star less for food quality as for lucknow known for food and hotel food doesnt mesmerises your taste bud as i expected Overall experience was satisfactory and value for money

Worst room and hotel service. I am currently staying in this hotel and its turning out to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I am calling reception and room service but no one is ready to respond. I have booked a deluxe room and the room condition is pathetic. I have requested for changing my room but there is no response. Manager seems to be very rude. M regretting my decision of staying here. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic.
