ImP1I have used Sikka broadband for 10 months app. The service guys would mostly install a wireless device at your end which costs Rs.4000. However now there are optic fibre cables being laid down and few areas can have fiber connectivity too. Speed is fine most of the times. Due to wireless device, there are connectivity issues sometimes but nothing too serious or frustrating. My ping has never crossed 5ms in these 10 months, mostly it is <2ms which is good. Speed too is fine as promised even on wireless most of times, but only can be hindered at very peak load, happens rarely. I am satisfied with the service, using in Lko, Gomti Nagar area. The only downside is the huge installation cost of Rs. 4000 for wireless device which has to be refunded once you disconnect from their service or switch to optical fibre later. So that is very costly as a user. Also the plans could be more user friendly, currently they are providing 50mbps to 90mbps speed on all plans, but the data usage is very low..from 45GB to 750 GB max. Data usage should be atleast 100GB for a 50mbps plan.

vikas singhi have been using their service for quite a while now. they provide very good service. customer care response is quick speed is nice at fair rates. extremely impressed. They should provide service outside lucknow too.
