To The Manager SRM Motors Lucknow Mr. This Mail is in reference to a four wheeler vehicle named TATA Safari purchased in 2014 October from SRM TATA MOTORS showroom ringroad, Vikas nagar of Black colour. But in initial days only i noticed a defect in the steering of the car that as it is turned right side it makes some sound. I complained the same twice but it was not repaired and now when again i lodged the complaint third time they say that the car is out of warranty. It seems that you people gave me an accidental car, when i enquired about it from my personal sources it was found that this car was once sold to some another customer and after that to me. it means that the car was defected. Now i found that the roof of the car starts leaking when it rains heavily. I will go to the consumer forum as SRM Motors did fraud with me it was a high investment done by me in the luxury car but the resukt was very poor. SHAME ON YOU
