BSNL takes many days ( sometimes half a month ) to resolve a complaint. But the broadband bill comes out for full month. They tell to write the application for reducing the bill in next months bill as a compensation. But the bill gets never reduced. It happened to me twice in a year. Improve your service BSNL. You can make new customers by give attractive offers ( ₹249 BB plan ) but you will loose your old customers because of bad service.
