ATUL JAISWALsir my reg no MRD 0027 and i want to quit because no body in authority is able to tell when we will get flats and this project became very unfortunate to me from all side like awaiting since 2008 to 2013 and till to date paying inst. @9000/- monthly with interest to NGIF living on rent in spite after paid approx full amount . I feel that nobody is interested and allottee is only sufferer in this situation from all side govt brought many bills on real state still contractor is out of control and can do what ever they want after making agreement with organisation like defence. one more point you made letter AGIF but not to NGIF for remittance of interest which i am still paying every month it would be better if i would book a house through civil contractor and for this dely i definitely took him to court and ask for compensation your last update was jul 15 and today 22 jun 16 . so in 11 month there is no update from your side shows your dedication towards the project please return the money with interest as per the govt existing rule because no body knows that when this (meerut) project will complete and we will able to get a house it is also requested that your inaction on this male compel me to take legal action as per existing law in force awaiting for your positive response thanking you

PK GuptaI am amongst the early joinees to this AFNHB scheme and am loosing money for every weeks delay in project completion @ Rs 4000/- per week since last 2 years now. No one in the AFNHB seems to be worried or even interested in telling us why this delay is taking place?
