I booked domestic flight tickets on 30-12-2015 with ID No. FLY30129335. The operator could not provide me the flight tickets. Since last 10 months, we telephoned more than 150 times and spent around Rs.1500/- on the calls. This operator does not have any sympathy for keeping their promises to refund the money back to us. I sent one friend to contact at their office in Gurgaone, but our efforts were futile.I sincerely request no body should book any tickets with this flymantra. CA. Majeti Muniyya

Its my very first experience with Fly Mantra. Ticket confirmation is delayed by 3 hours which make me little furious regarding authenticity of the company and owners. Customer care number not working , delay of 2hrs in reply via mail make me bit unstable and reviews on Google and FACEBOOK almost confirms that I made a BIG MISTAKE. But after 3hours I recieved a mail and a message from FlyMantra regarding confirmation of my tickets. Thanks alot FLYMANTRA for proving all the above reviews Wrong. One suggestion: Work on call center and customer experience .

guess this is a fruad company.. They have debited money and ticket not yet generated. its been almost a month. stil refund i did not get.booking id no.FLY23037477

I booked my ticket from Chennai to Mumbai on 11th March-16,but I did not receive PNR number.On enquiry with the customer care they replied that ticket was not booked and the fare paid will be refunded to my account.But till date the money was not refunded back to my account.Only telephone charges were wasted on trying to contact the customer care of Fly Mantra.

this is fraud company they take the money from the constomer and never give the services and no responce there agents are like sit i will file a case on consumer forum against this company i will take my money back with compensation.
