monisha monishaI just called in for emergency help near by the location of spca. Its sector -127, but as per the response they said that they have stopped rescuing. since they have not received their funds for the last 5.5 months. I understand if there would b no money then how can they help. But they have the people who are better in treating animals.. Can some one help.
