Amber GuptaHave been living in Ajnara heritage for 6 months now. Amenties are ok but club is still not open, this was promised to be delivered in mid 2016, its mid 2017 now. Construction quality is PATHETIC. Cracks in walls, switches coming out of electricity boards, if one removes plug,plug board comes out with it. Bathrooms fittings which are provided are of 3rd grade. Tiles getting broken and coming out in kitchen. Doors are of low grade. Please always take review of residents before taking any decision.

Chandra Prakash JuyalAjnara delivers projects with decent quality, but they are a big failure when it comes to taking care of their customers. No follow-up, no calls, no response from them if you generally try to reach out, however, they are prompt when demanding money.

Gagan KatariaVery bad experience, club is yet to be delivered even after 2 years. Maintainance is pathetic and unprofessional. Stray dogs are roaming around, hygeine is not maintained. Snakes are found every rainy season. No lighting in the night and very unsafe to move around during night. Security is low level, guards are sleeping during the night. Overall not a good place to live.

Nitin Kumar SinghWorst builder!!! Only fake commitments, poor infrastructure and pathetic services. I am resident of Grand Ajnara Heritage. And who ever providing 5 or 4 starts rating here are mostly misleading people and I am 100% sure about it. Do not trust them, better visit GAH, Sec-74 Noida and see yourselves.
