Vishal SaxenaRecently got call from hometown regarding free service of products bought from them. There was some fitting issue in my hometown dining table so I asked the guys to fix it. Got excellent free service from Hometown by Technician Guddu (350316). Hometown is very reliable in terms of product quality and after sales service. I have been using their furniture for more than 2 years, the product quality is really good.

Birendra SinghHometown modular kitchen post sale service is worst. They are using worst quality of MDF in modular kitchen. After using 1.5 year the kitchen self starts breaking itself. And their post sale service for modular kitchen is also worst they take more than 1 month to fix even small defect only after continuos follow up with them. Customer care is also not gud, they will provide limited information only they will not share the information of relevant person handling the complain. I am regretting my decision now. Birendra
