Pathetic services | Pathological Reports Mismatch | Metro Hospitals Noida | Sarla Clinic Noida | No one called me till date from any of the hospitals. Mail below. Hello Drs, I am writing this email to you all to get clarification on my fathers Test Reports. I have found a big variance in the reports produced by Sarla Clinic and Metro Hospitals (Noida). On 4th of May, 2017, They (Sarla Clinic) did their primary checkups, test done and found sugar level and few more things increased. my father was recommended by Sarla clinic to any other specialised hospital for Nephrologist. So I chose Metro hospitals as it was recommended by my relative for their best treatments. I got the blood, urine, ECG, ECCO, LFT, KFT and all other tests done via Metro hospitals. Metro hospital Noida path team committed me to give the final reports on 8th May. I visited them on 9th of may taking leaves from my office to get my father checked with all the reports. However Metro Hospitals Noida Pathologicals team failed to produce the reports on time. They again asked me to come today for the report. Pathetic services being a private hospital. When I asked them to let me talk to Charu Dabral (HOD) Path team, they denied me then and there. (09th May 2017) Being a reputed hospitals of Noida, this kind of immense negligence towards reports submission to patients is really unacceptable. Due to this delay, I got my fathers treatment delayed by 2 days. Still we have to visit again tomorrow to another doctor to get the treatment started(11th may 2017) Now, this is the secondary concern and I would like to hear from any of the HOD. The main issue is with the reports which i compared with Sarla clinics reports. In Renal Function Test, there is a component B. Urea (98) and S. Createnine (2.5) (Sarla’s Report) However, In Metro hospitals the same report varies. It says B. Urea (22.67) and S. Createnine (0.85) (Metro Hospital) I need clarification from both the hospitals on it as it is the matter of my father’s health and either of you have misrepresented the facts. This cannot be avoided. Reports are attached on the mail. Regards, Rehana Sultan
