Day 1 the food came on time.. but the quantity of vegetable was not sufficient even for 2 roti. Day 2 food arrived on time. Day 3 food arrived late. Day 4 the order did not arrived. The owner did not even bother to inform...infact till 10 pm he was saying..the food is on the way Day 5 food arrived. Day 6 the meal cancelled on time..because of outing ..but the food came. Day 7 food did not came...the owner keep on saying till 11 pm...yes the food is on the way..but after a point he stopped picking up calls.. Had to discontinue the service. .but guess what..that guy did not refund the money when he promised that he will. The owner Ashish and his tiffin service is a complete nonsense...they will make your life hell..you cannot do ur work rather keep on calling them argue with the owner and will be listening to his lies. Please make your life simple.. and dont consider it while making decision. .rest is upto you .

today i ordered the tiffin at 7:20 and now its 9:50,the tiffin is not deleivered yet..the worst service i have ever faced..m tired and hungry ..but they are so irresponsible that they are not picking up my phone call,is this how you behave with your customer.?.when you do not able to delivered the tiffin than please say no to the customer..i am really very very angry with this tiffin booking system..i give one star for the quality of food because its ok then tha pg food.

One word - Disastrous. The guy switches off his phone after telling ur tiffin is on the way. You are waiting for it and actually its not coming at all. Never encountered such liars in my life.
