harish kumarTo The Director Paramount ( Golf Foreste) We are not satisfied with the way your company and team are working to hand over the house D-234 of Golf Foreste to us for the last 2 years, The full payment was given to you two year back with the confirmation from you that within 3 months the unit will be put on fast track and we will be handed over the unit keys. It is almost 2 year but we still following it on daily basis but till date the house ready for passion . Every time we get new date and new target etc. But the house. We are now want a final confirmation from you before we go to consumer court to file our case. Kindly pay the Interest for delay from your end for handing over the passion of the D-234.

Osama KhanBoth projects (Villas & Studios) are in emerging locations and have limited social infrastructure. I think GolfForste has better prospects because it is going to be close to proposed metro that will extent up to Boraki. This makes it more attractive from appreciation standpoint. I booked studio apartment on "No EMI till Possession" scheme and the project is still not handover but I would like to say BIG THANKS to Paramount mgtm to fulfill the commitment of giving monthly PRE-EMI amount on regular basis and hope will be continue till the handover. I rated as 5 star not only for the cause but really a good place and infrastructure.
