ANANDA PADMANABANI had just sent a request through their web mail asking for a quote for my visit to Varanasi (local places), Gaya, Allahabad and Sarnath. In a next few minutes I got a call from the Managing Director of the company Mr.Goutham Pondey who started interacting with me patiently till I get my desired result .In fact he charted out my program very genuinely by adding up the omitted places within my budget and time schedule. His quote was transparent, hassle free and free from hidden charges. As I am not good in Hindi I asked for an English speaking guide. Mr.Goutham made a simple arrangement by deploying a driver who could manage better English without incurring additional charges for guide. Mr.Goutham took personal care to receive me in person from Varanasi Airport . Providing accommodation was a part of tour package which was nicely arranged in a class hotel called “Hotel city inn” located just opposite to Railway station. Ac car was placed under my disposal from Airport pickup to drop. The Itinerary was perfect and the people who implemented it were even better. The Manager, the driver, and the representatives were all professionals and worthy of saying thanks for a well done job. The MD was so influential to get me a ticket for Mangal Harathi within a short time notice which is something unbelievable job. The driver Mr.Bablu was so punctual, knowledgeable and eager to show me as many places as possible within the time frame. Though our contact originated for a business cause, somehow he impressed me to include him in my friends list.
