I was here at a lunch time and the restaurant was empty. I really appreciate that waiter proactively asked about how spicy the food should be. And they indeed brought not spicy option. The prices are a bit higher than in other places.

Great for North Indian Thali, after wandering through the galis; their Dhal Makhani is delicous and waiters are able to speak English well. The place has a 50 years history, is the only one with wooden walls ans ceilings and is widely known throughout the city and apparently beyond. Definitely highly recommended. Food is clean and it feels like a little oasis in the desert of noise and impressions of the old city.
