You can reach there by rickshaws from the railway station. And it will cost you around ₹10-15/- per person. Doctors are fine. but their system is worst. Though I had booked an appointment on phone 2days ago, I had to wait for about 2hrs on the given date. Even the staffs were rude. I hears that this is a newly opened Disha eye hospital in this area. And the first one is in barrackpore.
