    Hooghly Institute Of Technology, Would like to just leave a message for the Institute to renew the technical instruments as I heard these are working less effectively, and no doubt that a very popular engineering college in the district.

    Hooghly Engineering and Technical College is a government aided engineering college. The institute is affiliated with WBU Tech and recognised by the government of West Bengal and courses are approved by the (AICTE). It was established in 2004 in chuchurah , Hooghly.

    I am an ex student - mechanical branch. Had a wonderful memory of four years. Teachers were friendly and our Principal - Sen sir had great English accent which sometime we could not follow. Enjoyed indoor games alongwith NCC. Last year during my visit met few ex students at Alumni Association office - great feeling. Only disappointment was about the Building condition which urgently needs repair and painting. Thank you HIT. Chandranath Ganguli Pondicherry

    not a good collage. classes are irregular. NO management is present here. instruments are old and they are even not work 90%,of the. worst depertment electricl. you only Get marks here not knowledge.
