    As a tourist from outside of India, I found this place to be quite acceptable. With India being a 3rd world country, I was not expecting​ much in the way of luxury However, the staff were more than happy to assist me and to give recommendations. The room I had offered wonder views of the Himalayas and of Darjeeling itself. I would recommend this place to those who are visiting the area.

    Nice hotel with nice room and with hygiene also with WiFi accessibility.. If u r planning to go Darjeeling then definitely u can stay there and it has buffet system for food...

    Had both good as well as bad experience in one stay it self... Staff is polite and helpful.. Food in restaurant is good.. From roof you can get kanchanjanga view

    It is a very bad hotel. The narrow entrance. All peoples are making money from the private party. Mr. Banerjee and Piku Babbu , both are involved to making extra money from arranging the site seeing and NJP or Airport drop via local cars. CP plan is bogus, every time need to ask to the person for an egg. Over all this hotel is out of star rating. Accommodation in same reception floor Room no- 205, 206 was pathetic. But we have changed our room from 205, 206 to 305, 306. It was quite normal. When any body will stay this hotel pls avoid Mr. Banerjee the Old person. Because he is unable to handle the hotel management itself. Kitchen staffs are not obeying his order. Please do not book this hotel for staying at Darjeeling.
