Swati VaidyaLovely place to stay. Their restaurant gives very tasty food. Their Tibetan Bread with Butter and Honey or Pepper is a great way to start your day. The owner host and his staff are cordial.

Jacob ZwillingerGreat, clean rooms (no idea what the other reviewers are talking about - my room was spotless), decent restaurant, gorgeous view from the terrace, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable owners, especially during the currency crisis. This is a budget hotel but feels like much more. Great community environment in the dining area.

Bhagwan MataiVERY BAD IN ALL RESPECT, OWNER.S RELATIVE ONE MR. KUNDAN TORN OUT MY JACKET ON THE PRETAX THAT I HAD SPOILED THEIR ELECTRIC KETTLE GIVEN TO ME. FACT IS THEY GAVE DEFECTIVE KETTLE, It was informed to them on first day itself, THEY GAVE ANOTHER GOOD KETTLE after reminding many times on 3rd day FOR USE BUT INTENTIONALLY DID NOT TOOK DEFECTIVE ONE WHEN WE COMPLAINED, BUT AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT THEY WANTED TO SNATCH / exhort SOME MONEY FROM ME. NO WI-FI, NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO TISSUE PAPERS, NO SOAP, RECEPTION OFFICE OPENS ONLY FOR FEW HOURS, On Last day I requested to open the Reception office at 8.45 AM to wait for booked Taxi by me but was totaly refused. NO PHONES IN ROOMS, NO CALL-BELL, NO ROOM SERVICE. HAD TO CLIMB 2 FLOORS MORE TO COLLECT WATER or any service. OFFERING TAXIS AT DOUBLE THE MARKET RATES. TERRIBLE IN ALL RESPECTS. No cleaning of our room through out our stay of 4 days and 3nights.One day they informed cleaning guy would come at 6 PM , we waited and waited but no one came spoiling our evening. NO ONE SHOULD BOOK THIS HOTEL
