One of the third class internet service provider in durgapur.The staff are very unprofessional and rude.Never go for this internet service provider because they are here just to cheat people and make money.It should be band as soon as possible.

they do business illegally.if u do not recharge in 1 month,they demand fine of RS 100-200.staffs are totally dull and talk like anything rubbish. ALLIANCE is far better both in service & tarrif. they do not have any justification what they r saying

Its good but I stay in rented place and I shifted from maxmuller path city center to sarojini naidu city center and right now the service provider is asking me to once again pay the installation charge that is more than rs1000 . This is not justified!

I came to my parents house after long time and found this connection which claimed to give 720 kbps which when I checked on speedtest ( a worldwide known standard test for bandwidth) it could not even reach 500 kbps. Morever changing internet plans can gice anyone headache. People doesnot even have etiquette or basic knowledge about internet, for example I asked why my internet was slow, he told me he does not know but his server showing speed of over 800 kbps ( but my account is for 720 kbps). I tried to explain basic mathematics of file size and speed, he kept on arguing like a crybaby and simply hung up on me. I am disappointed by their behavior, rudeness and lack of knowledge.
