I purchased one 4G DUOS mobile set from a retail shop at KIRNAHAR, DIST.BIRBHUM(WB) 731302 and found within one year that the speaker has not been functioning when I am trying for phone with any one. As there is no service centre in this area I contacted with the said retailer who has not entertained me and advice me to send the set to any Service Centre of SAMSUNG which are far away from my place of domicile.
