While ordering meal, please be extra careful with the items and check immediately when given out. The staffs may not give you some items unless asked. For example, in my case, i ordered a 5-in-1 meal rice box and a chicken bucket with dips. On receiving, i found out that lotte chocopie and dips were missing. On asking for it, the staff reluctantly added them. i have visited many KFC outlets, but the service here is not up to the mark.

Today on 27th February I ordered 2 portion of crispy fried chicken and 2 portion boneless chicken strips online. But after home delivery I was shocked to find 2 pcs boneless strips was short . This I immediately brought to notice on phone to KFC store people . This means these people are cheating the customer and this is really criminal offense . Really disappointing experience and very hard to believe from a renowned restaurant like KFC...!
