Extremely Unprofessional. They are only interested in closing business. No customer care involved. They ask customers to remind them to send documents. You have to shout at them to get things done. Joydeep Mandal was the person I interacted with for renewal of my car insurance. Not sure whether they will ever check this feedback and work towards improvement.
