The one and only service center of Samsonite and American Tourister branded luggages in Kolkata and also West Bengal. Located in a very crowded place and tucked in a very small room, you can barely stand inside the center due to large number of big suitcases kept haphazardly. Looks a bit misfit with the brand image of Samsonite. Too crowded.
