The service is pathetic, no value for money. Even if you cut your hair from any road side barber shop the quality would be better. At least it will not cost you much and no harassment like unnecessary waiting, misbehave and misleading information. Even if you are waiting which is caused due to unavailability of the staff, another customer who is opting for more expensive service will be served at first. You need to beg and follow up just for one answer, are they kind enough to serve you. Total horrible experience.
