Best store in Kolkata , I have been purchasing since last 3 years from Vedam , and am very happy with their collection and behaviour !! They are a bit busy during season , but it is natural as a good store with awesome collection and price will have rush ,one has to be a bit patient and you will surely get your choice !!

The service is very very poor, our family bought outfits two wedding ocassions in a span of 6 months and both times the attention to detail was absent. Long waots to pick uo the order, untimely response, people just watch you instead of attending. We let the management know that we had a poor experience the first time amd despite that we went and no changes. We did find two new places in this frustration ,so check out V.E.R.S.E,awesome service and collection and the other place is called Keya Seth. Vedams popularity has got them leaving customer service in the back seat.

One of the best stores in kolkata. The collections are ethnic nd classy.rates are resonable compared to other stores. Vedam is one stop destination for both men nd women clothing. All though staff seems to be in rush they should make their guests comfortable nd give time to think,they force their choice n their guests which is wrong this must be checked. I did my sherwani nd suits from this store nd m loving it.looking forward for more Classy nd elegant clothes.all the best.
