Soudip mukherjee is a fraud. Donot trust this persons words. Despite confirrming the booking 15 days before the schedule, he denied the booking on the eve of last day. Donot use Kolkata Cabs. One star is also not worth the rating.

Very poor service. The dealing person Soudip Mukherjee is non-responsive. Normally cab services are open 24 hours but he was very insistant that he will take booking only after reaching office. We sent him all details by sms and email and he promised to send Cab details one day before. But to our utter dismay he did not send any details but kept disconnecting our calls and finally switched off. Late at night we had to book from another agency. Than god they immediately provided details else we would have been stuck. Pls do not book from this agency and risk inconvenience
