This firm has the worst service, supply chain management and delivery system. They are inefficient to deliver the product let alone deliver it at time. The people in customer service wont even pick your call and will if they do pick the call talk to you in a rude and absurd manner. Please never ever order from this website

I ordered for a Black Forest Cake but what they received in an ordinary sponge cake which two pieces are put together and applied cream on top of it. Very very horrible.
