very poor experience ..i would have given them negative marking if possible.. Quality of the product is very poor although they charge you premium price.My spectacle got crack only after 6 month of use..Repeated follow up for service request did not help. it is running only because of its good location and once established brand value. donot go there ..ban them

Bought a spec frame of may bach company arround 3k (only frame). Within 6 months color fully faded and the spec got broken within an year. The handles are not repairable is their statement. If lifetime of a frame of cost 3k is 1 year. Den dis is a clr case of cheating
