Sudeshna Ray SenguptaI had quite satiisfactory experience. An emergency portable ECG needed to b done for a very close relative of mine,who is a sr citizen nd had suddenly taken ill at home. I just checked d emergency helpline no frm d official website of Kasba Suraksha nd one ph call took care of everything. One gentleman named Mr. Mrinal Majumder took care of everything nd d requirred ECG was done within half an hr of d ph call....that too on a sunday morn. Not to forget that d findings of ECG was communicated to d dr over ph by Mr. Majumder. Am deeply impressed.

Bhushan SinghDoctors and staff never come on time. Always late. If you ask two three question, they behave very badly. Be aware of them!! After paying visiting charge of Rs.600.00, if you went there again after one week to show your report then they will again charge you Rs.500.00. Nowhere its mention but they will charge tou.Very poor service!!
